Some Words of Wisdom from Shihan Harley
Some Words of Wisdom from Shihan Harley
Thank YOU, Shihan Harley, for being an excellent Sensei and Happy Birthday!

He graciously shared some excellent tips on how to train with less injury.

“I used to train (for KMMA) without really stretching much. My shoulder would click a lot and I noticed I kept getting injured. Since I’ve been stretching more consistently my shoulders are not clicking and I’ve been experiencing far fewer injuries.”
Here's his secret.
