This workbook is designed to guide you through a 30-day journey inspired by the principles of 7 Habits of Extremely Happy People. Each day focuses on a specific action to help you cultivate happiness, strengthen relationships, and build a positive mindset. By the end of this challenge, you’ll have integrated these habits into your life for lasting joy.


How It Works

  1. Daily Actions: Each day features a specific task or activity. Commit to completing it.
  2. Reflection Space: Use the space provided to write your thoughts and insights.
  3. Track Progress: Check off each day as you go to stay motivated.

Week 1: Foundations of Happiness – Gratitude

Day 1: Practice Gratitude

Write down three things you’re grateful for.
