It’s a costly illness at 12 billion dollars per year and can be disabling.[2]

A common cause is prolonged sitting. A simple remedy is staying active, standing more, and stretching. [3] Getting exercise (at least three times a week) and moving daily is critical. Remember MOTION is LOTION (it lubricates the body).
