  Simple No Cook Meals for Under $5 Are you Busy? Tired when you get home? Kids are hungry and so are you. All you want to do is eat and NOT COOK or have a major clean up. Here’s some simple NO COOK MEALS that can SAVES TIME and Money with little clean up.   These are meals that can be less than $5 per person.   Rotisserie Chicken with baby carrots and spinach leaves Cuties for dessert or whole fruit popsicles   Hummus, guacamole with mini cucumbers and bell peppers Watermelon for dessert   Lox with spinach leaves and hummus. Do you suffer with constipation?

  Do you suffer with constipation? Many people do! There’s a simple remedy that I used when my dad got stopped up. He suffers with Parkinson’s and the side effects of these medications can lead to constipation. Travel can also lead to this condition, and my dad recently came to visit us for a family reunion. To help get you going it’s important to hydrate well with adequate water and electrolytes and get moving. Remember, the bowels walls are made of smooth muscles. Activity is important. Some supplements, I like are fiber including Chia seeds and flaxseeds that you can put in a shaker bottle and just sprinkle on your food or in your smoothie. Magnesium citrate is a great supplement for constipation. Magnesium is a natural mineral needed for over 300 reactions in the body.
