Understanding Your Self-Worth Part 2
Understanding Your
Self-Worth Part 2
In Part 1 we discussed how
you are already created with Worth, because there is no one just like
YOU. YOU are one of a kind, an original.
Yet, some people value their cars, homes, shoes, cell phones, and video
games more than they do their own bodies. Big mistake.
You can replace all that stuff, BUT YOU only have one extraordinary
body.
Grandmaster Steve is setting a great example by honoring his body as a
Temple. He looks great, lost 45 pounds, his complexion is brighter, he’s moving
better, and most importantly he feels better!
He also suffers with “LOOSE Pants syndrome”. Because of his
healthy lifestyle his pants are now too big around the waist!
The great part of all this is he’s sharing this experience with our
KMMA family and his life partner Barbara.
They are an inspiration as they both are getting healthier together.
Barbara looks incredible too, and she told me her back is also feeling better!
Remember we can’t do everything, but we all can do something, and something
is always better than nothing!
I got this from a fortune cookie, “the greatest of all mistakes is to
do NOTHING, because you think you can only do a little”. It’s the little things
that matter because they add up.
What are some things that you can start doing to improve your wellness?
Yes, show up to KMMA during the holidays, or practice wherever you are. You get
credit for these virtual workouts.
Eat nutritious foods, hydrate well with water, and get plenty of rest.
The best way to do this is to simplify things and plan ahead.
For those in the leadership program, sign up for the KMMA Blackbelt
Leadership Awards dinner, for some
scrumptious and nutritious fare.

On a personal note, I am scheduling my massages, KMMA classes, practicing
yoga, and going to bed on time. It makes a difference.
I am also making sure to walk outside in nature. Last week I headed to
Lettuce Leaf Park. It’s nice to have an oasis here in Tampa.
Many
blessings and Happy Holidays!
